2013 Senate Bill 5056: Allowing a person to apply for a work permit for the employment of minors without completing a new master application under certain circumstances

Provides that an employer seeking a minor work permit endorsement is not required to complete an entirely new business license application. The employer need only complete those parts of the application that identify the employer and indicate the employer's plans to hire one or more minors, the duties of the minors, and the estimated number of hours to be worked by minors.
