Introduced by Sen. Jim Honeyford (Grandview) (R) on January 16, 2013
No longer requires employers seeking a work permit to employ a minor to complete an entirely new master application. This act provides that, as long all other information on the most recent master application remains accurate, the employer’s information is all that needs to be updated.   Official Text and Analysis.
