2013 Senate Bill 5915: Funding and requiring the use of distributions from the additional tax on beer and strong beer for improving impaired driving safety and enforcement

Makes permanent a temporary tax on beer and strong beer, and provides that the funds be deposited in the impaired driving safety account. This act provides that identicards issued to persons who have been convicted of driving under the influence and have had their driving privileges restricted, must feature a visible and identifying marker. This act makes it unlawful to sell alcohol to persons with the marked identicard.   Official Text and Analysis.
