2011 House Bill 1506: Enhancing fire suppression on land outside a fire protection jurisdiction

To address fire suppression efforts and capabilities on unprotected land outside a fire protection jurisdiction by providing immunity from liability for fire service protection agencies taking part in firefighting efforts outside their jurisdiction.
