2011 House Bill 1507: Concerning crimes against pharmacies

Modifies current criminal law to include certain crimes against pharmacies. This act includes unlawfully entering a pharmacy with the intent to commit a crime as a burglary, a class A felony. This act includes theft of certain medications as a class B felony theft. This act also includes the robbery of a pharmacy as a class A felony robbery.   Official Text and Analysis.
