2010 House Bill 2599: Metering the withdrawal of ground water for stock watering purposes

Calls for the withdrawal of public groundwater for stock watering to be metered and not to exceed 5,000 gallons per day. Those who are already withdrawing public groundwater for stock watering purposes may continue to withdraw unmonitored, but are also no longer allowed to exceed 5,000 gallons per day.   Official Text and Analysis.
