2009 House Bill 1407: Intermediate care facilities

To extend and guarantee basic rights for persons that live in intermediate care facilities. Intermediate care facilities refer to a facility that provides residential care for mentally retarded persons. This bill provides new definitions and clarifications to ensure the same protections as other care facilities like long-term care facilities.
