2009 House Bill 1406: Creating the pet spay/neuter assistance program

Establishes the companion animal spay/neuter assistance program for spaying and neutering of companion animals owned by low-income individuals and for spaying and neutering feral cats. Directs the department of agriculture to administer the program, and creates the companion animal spay/neuter assistance account. (See also Companion SB 5329).   Official Text and Analysis.
