2007 Senate Bill 5999: Adjusting unemployment insurance contribution rates in order to maintain a stable unemployment compensation fund.

To modify the standards for a stable unemployment insurance contribution and compensation fund. The bill seeks to enhance the unemployment insurance fund with more stability by increasing the amount of contributions into the fund.
