2007 Senate Bill 6000: Allowing ranked choice voting by cities and local taxing districts.

To permit ranked-choice voting procedures in local municipal and taxing districts. The bill permits a city, town, and district government entity to use ranked-choice voting in counties where this type of voting procedure has been approved and implemented for county elections, among other related items.
