2011 Senate Bill 5239: Defining resident student for allocating federal forest revenue to public schools

Defines, for the purposes of allocating federal forest revenue to public schools, a resident student as a student who lives within the boundaries of a school district. This bill also requires the superintendent of public instruction tp adopt rules regarding the definition of resident provided that the impact of federal funds distribution be considered with regard to alternative learning experience students. This must be completed by June 30, 2011.
