To change the tax preference review process for the citizen commission for performance measurement of tax preferences and the joint legislative audit and review committee. The bill changes the criteria for the order in which tax prederences are reviewed to include factors such as grouping preferences, and it provides for an expedited process for all tax preferences, not just those with an impact of ten million dollars or less per biennium.
