Modify appropriations from the general fund supplemental budget for the remainder of the current biennium. Changes include: deletes the reauthorization of the Washington State Transportation Commission's pre-existing authority to set and modify ferry fares, toll charges, and administrative fees as appropriate for the Washington State Ferry System, the SR 167 high occupancy toll lane pilot project, the Tacoma Narrows bridge, and the SR 520 corridor; deletes an appropriation for the SR 520 corridor related to these charges and fees; and, increases funding for the Community Supervision Program in the Department of Corrections by assuming continuation of tolling (pausing) the period of community custody during confinement time. This increases the General Fund-State expenditures by $421,000. This act takes effect immediately.
