Returns to current law language that specifies that the cutoff date for the Department of Social and Health Services to use nursing home resident assessment data, for the purpose of Medicaid rates, is one month and one day after the end of the quarter for which the resident assessment data applies, rather than on the first business day following the date on which the data is made available.
