Removes the statutory authority of the court to order detention for noncompliance with a truancy-related court order, effective July 1, 2020, and: provides, until that date, that detention may be no longer than two days; and provides, after that date, that a court may order the Department of Children, Youth, and Families to complete a family assessment and recommend that an At-Risk Youth petition be filed.
