2011 Senate Bill 5238: Establishing the Washington investment trust

To create the Washington investment trust to promote agriculture, education, community development, economic development, housing, and industry in Washington state by building a resource to help stabilize and grow Washington's economy. The bill also creates the investment trust blue ribbon founding task force, the investment trust commission, and an advisory board to oversee organization of the trust, review its finances and participate in its programs.
