2010 Senate Bill 6845: Requiring the collection and use of additional information regarding information technology projects

Makes numerous requirements for state agencies regarding information technology projects. The bill requires the office of financial management's operating budget instructions to agencies to include collecting additional information for proposed information technology projects. The bill also requires the governor's budget to include an information technology plan and requires the information services board to coordinate with the office of financial management to develop contracting standards for information technology acquisition and purchased services and to work with state agencies to ensure deployment of standardized contracts.   Official Text and Analysis.
