2009 Senate Bill 5183: Addressing the viewing of child pornography on the internet

Amends the current statute governing possession of depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct to ensure that intentional viewing of child pornography over the internet is subject to criminal penalty without limiting the scope of existing prohibitions on the possession of child pornography.
