2009 Senate Bill 5176: Creating a bi-state partnership for teachers of children with visual impairments

Provides for a vision impairments/ orientation and mobility coordinator to be housed at Washington State University-Vancouver to promote a collaborative partnership between Portland State University and Washington State University-Vancouver that would address the critical need for teachers of the blind and visually impaired in Washington.
