2009 Senate Bill 5174: Relating to higher education graduation improvements

Creates incentives for on-time graduation from institutions of higher learning by providing that students who sign a progression understanding shall pay the same tuition the entire period of enrollment, as he or she did for the initial term. A progression understanding acknowledges a standard term for the completion of a degree.   Official Text and Analysis.
