2007 Senate Bill 6174: Addressing anatomical gift statements when applying for or renewing driver's licenses.

To make changes to the organ donor program. Currently, individuals can consent to being an organ donor when applying or renewing a driver's license. Under this bill, a person is presumed to have consented to be an organ donor at the time of application or renew unless the person signs of statement objecting to the consent.   Official Text and Analysis.
