2007 House Bill 1026: Regulating the sale of firearms at gun shows and events.

To require a person who, while at a gun show or event, offers to sell or transfer a firearm to another person to be licensed as a dealer. The dealer would then be required to perform a background check on the person receiving the firearm.   Official Text and Analysis.
