2007 House Bill 1023: Providing for broader collection of biological samples for the DNA identification system.

To provide for broader collection of biological samples for the DNA identification database. DNA collected for the identification of missing persons or unidentified remains would be included in the database. Convicted offenders of several non-felony crimes would also be included in the DNA database. DNA submissions would not be required a second time for repeat offenses.   Official Text and Analysis.
