2007 House Bill 1017: Providing tax credits for contributions to low-income housing efforts.

To encourage the building of more affordable housing through tax credits. Credits against the business and occupation (B&O) tax and the public utility tax may be issued to those making contributions to low-income housing organizations or programs. The state would cap the cumulative tax credit at $250,000 per year.   Official Text and Analysis.
