2004 House Bill 2389

To amend the aggravating circumstances required for the crime of aggravated first degree murder. The premeditated killing of a person results in first degree murder. The bill makes a first degree murder an aggravated murder when it involves a killing of a person along with special circumstances, such as killing more than one person.   Official Text and Analysis.
