2013 Senate Bill 5412: Adding incremental hydroelectricity that is marketed by the Bonneville power administration to the definition of an eligible renewable resource

Expands the definition of “renewable energy resource” for the purposes of the Energy Independence Act to include a qualifying utility's share of incremental electricity produced as a result of efficiency improvements to equipment completed after 1999 to hydroelectric generation projects where the electricity is marketed by the Bonneville power administration, and where the additional generation does not result in new water diversions.   Official Text and Analysis.
