2013 House Bill 1837: Allowing residents of total confinement facilities and secure community transition facilities to engage in therapeutic occupational assignments within the confines of McNeil Island

Authorizes the Department of Social and Health Services to permit certain residents of the total confinement facility or a secure community transition facility to participate in therapeutic occupational assignments outside the secure perimeter of the facility but within the confines of McNeil Island.
