2013 House Bill 1170: Creating a property tax exemption for senior citizens and persons retired because of physical disability

Modifies current law to provide a property tax exemption for senior citizens and persons retired because of physical disability. This act applies to those over the age of 61, those retired from the military with a total disability, and surviving spouses of either.
