2012 Senate Bill 6027: Concerning publicly owned industrial wastewater treatment facilities

Authorizes the Department of Ecology (DOE) to award grants or provide loans to publicly owned industrial wastewater treatment facilities that relieve a city of the burden of processing industrial wastewater when making grants or loans for water pollution control facilities. This act also authorizes DOE to award grants for the planning, design, or construction of any publicly owned wastewater treatment facilities, including publicly owned industrial wastewater treatment facilities that relieve a city of the burden of processing industrial wastewater.   Official Text and Analysis.
