Modifies the current definition of “wetland or wetlands” to specifically exclude any wetland that was converted to agricultural use prior to December 23, 1985. This act also excludes such wetlands from regulation under the Growth Management Act, water pollution control statutes, and the Shoreline Management Act.   Official Text and Analysis.
