2012 House Bill 2425: Concerning the shipping of spirits
Introduced by Rep. Sam Hunt (Olympia) (D) on January 12, 2012
Provides that individuals or businesses holding some form of spirits license may ship spirits to residents of Washington for their personal use. Before they may do so, however, the shipper must obtain a spirits shipper's permit and pay any associated fees required by the Liquor Control Board. The shipper must report all deliveries to the Liquor Control Board on a monthly basis.   Official Text and Analysis.
