2011 Senate Bill 5249: Consolidating fish and wildlife officers into the Washington state patrol

To transfer fish and wildlife enforcement authorities, duties, and enforcement personnel from the department of fish and wildlife to the Washington state patrol. The chief of the Washington state patrol is directed to establish a transition plan for the orderly implementation of this act.   Official Text and Analysis.
