2011 Senate Bill 5248: Allowing the sale of water systems by certain public utility districts

To authorize public utility districts within a county of between six-hundred fifty and seven-hundred population size and that that bordering on Puget Sound to sell and convey all or any part of a water system owned by the district without approval of the voters.
