2011 Senate Bill 5147: Removing the mandatory retirement age for judges

To repeal the mandatory retirement age of 75 years for judges, provided that voters approve the proposed amendment to Article IV, section 3(a) of the state Constitution, eliminating the mandatory retirement age for judges at the next general election.
