2011 Senate Bill 5146: Providing for disclosure of information on patented or trademarked fruit

To provide that information about the production, interstate trade, and export of patented or trademarked fruit must be provided upon request to the holder of the patent or trademark to verify export volumes, but not for other commercial purposes. Current law exempts such information from disclosure by the department of agriculture.   Official Text and Analysis.
