2011 Senate Bill 5015: Modifying ballot tabulation provisions

To provide that tabulation of absentee ballots may commence at 8:00 a.m. on the Monday immediately before the day of the primary or general election. Tabulation results must be held in secrecy until after 8:00 p.m. on the day of such election. Official Text and Analysis.
