2011 House Bill 1058: Regarding records requests in prevailing wage investigations

To prohibit employers, contractors, or subcontractors from using prevailing wage records in a proceeding to challenge a department of labor and industries’determination, if they have failed to provide requested records or allow adequate inspection of records within thirty days of the department’s request.
