2011 House Bill 1027: Regarding public assistance application forms
Introduced by Rep. Joe Schmick (Adams) (R) on January 10, 2011
Modifies public assistance application forms to include a question asking whether the applicant has been denied assistance, disenrolled, or terminated from any public assistance program within five years prior to the date of the application. The form must provide space for the applicant to explain any denial, disenrollment, or termination.   Official Text and Analysis.
