2011 House Bill 1010: Modifying alternatives to total confinement of certain criminal offenders

Modifies sentencing requirements for alternatives to total confinement for certain nonviolent criminal offenders and those receiving sentences of less than one year. For example, one day of partial confinement may now be substituted for up to two days of total confinement and five hours of community restitution may be substituted for one day of total confinement with a maximum conversion limit of 300 hours or sixty days.   Official Text and Analysis.
