2009 House Bill 1190: state construction projects

To require state building projects to adhere to the guidelines consistent with the development standards that prevent environmental harm. The bill requires the state to us the 65/10/0 standard. This means that the state will only develop 15 percent of a site, leaving 65 percent of a cite untouched with zero discharges from the development.   Official Text and Analysis.
