if the State can comply with their own laws regarding energy saving policies before Washington State taxpayers are saddled with millions of dollars of additional taxes and costs to fund the global warming hysteria myth?

Of course state government ought to be the first in line in developing ways to be more energy efficient since it is the taxpayers funding the government. This bill wants to extend the current requirement that the state uses energy efficient lighting by 2009 to 2010 so at least some in the legislature know the laws on the books regarding energy efficient are not obtainable. Yet Gregoire wants taxpayers to pay higher costs for oil, gas, electricity, food and other goods and services immediately as she has bought into the global warming myth hook line and sinker.
