2007 Senate Bill 5564: Authorizing the administrator of the health care authority to administer grants on behalf of the authority.

To allow the Health Care Authority Administrator the necessary authority to manage and administer grants. The bill amends an existing law that allows the Health Care Authority Administrator to manage grants that further the mission and goals of the Health Care Authority. See companion HB 1645.
