2007 Senate Bill 5563: Providing backup for mental health professionals doing home visits.

To create additional protections for mental health professionals that make home visits. The bill would require two people to be dispatched when providing mental health services in a home or private location. Employers would also be required to issue a cell phone for all employees making house visits. This act would be known as the Marty Smith law. See companion HB 1456.   Official Text and Analysis.
