To add to the list of persons that are legally allowed to perform a marriage in Washington State. Currently, Justices of the supreme courts, court of appeals, superior courts, superior court commissioners, any regularly licensed or ordained minister or any priest of any church or religious denomination, and judges of courts of limited jurisdiction may perform marriage ceremonies.
