To help drivers when approaching emergency vehicles. Currently, state law provides guidelines to drivers when approaching emergency vehicles on highways with four lanes or more. This bill proposes rules for drivers approaching emergency vehicles on highways with less than four lanes.   Official Text and Analysis.
