2007 House Joint Resolution 4215: Eliminating prohibitions on the investment of certain state moneys.

To remove the prohibition of investing of certain state funds. The bill would allow permanent funds established for the use by higher education institutions to be invested in stocks or bonds. This resolution would amend the state Constitution if approved by two-thirds of the Legislature and a majority of the voters in the next general election.
