2007 House Joint Resolution 4214: Amending the Constitution to require election of judges at the general election.

To amend the Washington State Constitution to remove the requirement that a certificate of election be issued to a superior court judge candidate who is entitled to have only his or her name appear on the ballot after a contested primary. This resolution would amend the state Constitution if approved by two-thirds of the Legislature and a majority of the voters in the next general election.
