To create a pilot project in Snohomish County to expand procurement technical assistance services. The project would be administered by the Department of Community, Trade, and Economic Development. The department must submit a report to the Legislature by January 1, 2008 that includes the number of businesses served, contracts written, monetary value of contracts, and a plan for sustainable and ongoing funding.
