2007 House Bill 2210: Increasing state contracts with veteran-owned businesses.

To mitigate economic damage to veteran-owned businesses as a result of military service. The bill would encourage state agencies to award 3% of all procurement contracts that are exempt from competitive bidding to veteran-owned businesses.
