2007 House Bill 1729: Extending work release time for offenders.

To amend provisions relating to the early release of offenders. The bill would require that no more than the final 12 months of an offender’s sentence may be served in partial confinement designed for the offender to find work or be reestablished in the community. Currently, no more than the final 6 months may be served in partial confinement. See companion SB 5306.   Official Text and Analysis.
